At the "Xiaopeng AI Technology Day", Xiaopeng Motors launched the "Xiaopeng Kunpeng Super Electric System" based on the global 800V high-voltage silicon carbide platform, and stated that in the future, hybrid silicon carbide solutions will be adopted in super electric and pure electric models. In 2024, Xinlian Integration has achieved silicon carbide revenue of over 1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of over 100%. In the first half of 2025, the first domestic 8-inch SiC MOSFET production line built by Xinlian Integrated has achieved mass production, with key performance indicators leading the industry.
