On July 11th, in the Huolingole Industrial Park of Tongliao City, the research and demonstration application project of green power supply multi-dimensional energy storage collaborative control system is being intensively constructed. This project is the "Energy Storage and New Power System" project of the autonomous region's science and technology breakthrough project. The project aims to promote the efficient utilization of new energy and the safe and stable operation of the power grid through scientific research and development of core technologies such as energy storage technology application, energy structure optimization, low-carbon technology innovation, and the construction of new power systems.

Li Hongzhou, the technology specialist of Tongliao Huolingole Electric Power Investment Co., Ltd., has adopted multiple key technologies including multi-source data parallel acquisition, multi energy complementary optimization scheduling, wind solar energy storage collaborative control, big data analysis and decision-making, which can save a lot of investment in power supply system construction and operating energy costs.

At present, the project has built the first pure new energy high load incremental distribution network power system in the area. Through new technologies, the system frequency stability has been improved, and a data model driven green industrial park optimization scheduling system has been constructed.

Since the implementation of the "Breakthrough in Technology" project, Inner Mongolia has gathered advantageous scientific research forces from both inside and outside the region, deployed 13 major scientific and technological tasks, and solved technical bottlenecks in the fields of energy storage and new power systems. In 2024, the autonomous region will focus on tackling and demonstrating the "Shage Huang" new energy short-term high-frequency energy storage frequency regulation technology, sodium ion battery energy storage technology, and large-scale energy storage power station safety warning technology. Eight major scientific and technological tasks have been laid out, supporting a special fund of 175 million yuan, driving enterprise supporting funds of 400 million yuan, attracting top domestic academicians and leading talents, 17 universities and institutes, and 38 enterprises to jointly carry out scientific and technological research and development, and achieving a number of industry-leading scientific and technological achievements.

Xu Bin, Director of the High tech Industry Innovation Department of the Science and Technology Department of the Autonomous Region: We have achieved some results in large-scale renewable energy bases such as ultra-high voltage multi terminal DC transmission and sodium ion hybrid energy storage. For example, we have successfully developed a batch of new products such as ultra-high voltage hybrid converters and high-performance large-area liquid flow batteries, which provide strong technological support for the construction and operation of large-scale energy storage power stations in our region.

  

This year, the autonomous region has implemented five major scientific and technological tasks around key technologies such as optimizing and regulating the electric heating molten salt system through methods such as "unveiling the list and leading the way", supporting a special fund of 45 million yuan, driving enterprise supporting funds of 116 million yuan, and attracting top domestic academicians and leading talents, 10 universities and institutes, and 29 enterprises to jointly carry out scientific and technological research and development.

The seminar on the establishment of the Hu Bao E National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone was held in Hu

On July 12th, a seminar on the establishment of the Hohhot Baotou Hubei National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone was held in Hohhot. Hao Xihong, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Department of the Autonomous Region, presided over the meeting. Wu Jiaxi, Deputy Director of the Planning Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended and delivered a speech. Chi Bo, Second level Inspector of the Science and Technology Department of the Autonomous Region, Ma Jun, Second level Inspector of the Industry and Information Technology Department, as well as leaders in charge of the governments of Hohhot, Baotou, and Ordos, and officials in charge of the three national high-tech zones in Hohhot, Baotou, and Ordos, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, an expert group consisting of Qin Yong, former director of the High tech Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Hu Zhijian, former president of the China Academy of Science and Technology Development Strategy, listened in detail to the introduction of the progress of the establishment of the Hohhot Baotou Hubei National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, and provided targeted guidance from the perspectives of national strategic positioning and institutional mechanism innovation, pointing out the direction for the next step of promoting the establishment of the independent innovation demonstration zone.

Wu Jiaxi fully affirmed Inner Mongolia's work in policy guidance, industrial layout, and innovation resource aggregation in the creation of self created zones. He stated that the establishment of the Hu Bao E self created zone is an important measure for Inner Mongolia to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and the strategic positioning of the "Five Major Tasks". It is also an important task for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to promote the high-quality development of national high-tech zones and self created zones.

Currently, Hubao'e has made significant breakthroughs in key areas, with a clear trend of the rise of advantageous industries and sustained innovation vitality. We hope that Inner Mongolia will continue to deepen its institutional and mechanism reforms, coordinate the efforts of all parties, strengthen the cultivation of innovative elements, focus on key core technologies, build a high-quality service system, strengthen scientific and technological openness and cooperation, open up industrial cooperation among the three regions of Hubei, Hubei, and Hubei, and fully promote the construction of the Hubei Hubei Hubei National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone to a new level.

Next, the autonomous region will conscientiously implement the national deployment requirements in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the guidance of the expert group, further focus on national strategic needs, enhance its political stance, take promoting the deep integration of science and technology and industry as the main line, focus on key areas such as institutional and mechanism reform, breakthroughs in industrial scientific and technological innovation, construction of a green and low-carbon modern industrial system, optimization of innovation ecology, and deepening of open cooperation, strengthen overall coordination, consolidate work force, and accelerate the construction of national independent innovation demonstration zones.

Before the meeting, the research team went deep into Baotou, Ordos and Hohhot to give on-the-spot guidance on accelerating the establishment of national independent innovation demonstration zones.
