Release time:2026.04.16 Number of views:3

On April 15, 2026, Chuanfa Xingneng initiated the first batch of centralized delivery of vanadium electrolyte for the 100MW/400MWh all vanadium flow battery energy storage power station project in Shizhong District, Leshan City (hereinafter referred to as the "Leshan Project"). The Leshan project is one of the first pilot demonstration projects for new energy storage in Sichuan Province. It is also a benchmark project for Leshan City to create a new track for energy storage industry and promote green transformation of energy structure. It is also an important support project to help Sichuan build a new power system and achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. In the future, Chuanfa Xingneng will make every effort to ensure the supply needs of customers and guarantee the timely and orderly completion of project orders.
Joining hands to deeply cultivate energy storage and jointly build a dual carbon future, Chuanfa Xingneng will further deepen cooperation with various partners to jointly promote the vigorous development of China's new energy storage industry, contribute to the achievement of the national "dual carbon" goal, and assist in the green transformation and sustainable development of the energy structure.

The project is a grid side independent energy storage power station with a total installed capacity of 100MW/400MWh and a building area of approximately 38000 square meters, including a factory building, a main control building, and a hazardous waste storage facility. Construction will begin in September 2025. Currently, 90% of the main structure and 60% of the energy storage equipment have been completed, with plans to finish by the end of June 2026. After being put into operation, it can participate in power grid peak shaving, frequency regulation, capacity leasing, etc., improve the level of green electricity consumption, reduce CO ₂ emissions, and promote regional energy structure optimization and ecological improvement.
