The participating product in this competition is a new generation of high-energy density zinc bromide flow battery energy storage module, which has been comprehensively improved in terms of stack structure and tube pump circulation system compared to mainstream products on the market. By increasing the energy density of the electrolyte from 100Wh/L to over 120Wh/L, the energy storage time can be extended from 4 hours to 5 hours. The product adopts a modular design, with each module having an independent circulation system and control system. By upgrading the energy storage module, the capacity of the single module is increased from 20kWh to 25kWh. Under the same conditions, the number of modules required for the system can be significantly reduced, thus having significant advantages in applications with large space or weight limitations.
