Tianyue Advanced was founded in 2010 and went public in 2022. It is a high-tech leading enterprise specializing in silicon carbide substrate materials. Currently, it has mastered the production technology of the world's largest 12 inch silicon carbide substrate, with customers covering international giants such as Bosch and Infineon. Its products are widely used in fields such as new energy vehicles and AI data centers.

Sunny Aolai is a core subsidiary of Sunny Optical Technology, officially established in 2019, focusing on the field of micro nano optics. As a representative enterprise in the global wafer level micro nano optical processing field, Sunny Aolai mainly engages in the research and development, production and manufacturing of micro nano structure processing, diffractive optical components and related products. Its business scope is extensive, covering wafer level micro nano optical products such as AR optical waveguides.

The excellent physical properties of silicon carbide substrate materials have played an important role in the field of new energy represented by electric vehicles and green energy. With the continuous progress of industrialization, they have begun to expand into more fields, among which the advantages of high thermal conductivity and high refractive index have attracted attention in the field of optical applications.

Tianyue Advanced has also had a presence in the AR/VR eyewear field for a long time. In the first quarter of 2025, the company will continue to invest in the field of AI glasses optical substrates and has supplied to multiple customers. In emerging fields, its 12 inch substrate has successfully entered the AR glasses supply chain and collaborated with companies such as Meta to develop diffractive optical waveguide technology. It is expected to achieve mass production by 2025.

This cooperation between the two parties will focus on the in-depth application and development of SiC substrate materials in the field of optics. By integrating the advanced material advantages of Tianyue and the optical technology expertise of Sunny Aolai, breakthroughs are expected to be made in multiple aspects.

The introduction of SiC substrates in the optical components of AR/VR devices may improve imaging quality, reduce power consumption, and provide users with a more immersive experience; In high-end optical lens manufacturing, utilizing the high stability of SiC can achieve more precise optical design, improve lens resolution and reliability.
